Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy outlines how Vaidayu processes, ships, and delivers the natural products you purchase from our website (the “Site”).

1. Processing and Dispatch

1.1 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch from our warehouse in Surat, Gujarat, within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST on any given day are considered received on the next business day.

1.2 Communication

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing the tracking number and the link to the courier’s website, allowing you to track the real-time status of your shipment.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery

2.1 Shipping Partners

We utilize reliable third-party logistics partners to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your Vaidayu products across India.

2.2 Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are based on the destination and are estimates only. The time is calculated after the order has been dispatched (see Section 1.1).

  • Local (Gujarat): 2–4 business days
  • Metro Cities (Major Tier 1): 4–7 business days
  • Rest of India: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, courier restrictions, or public holidays.

2.3 Delivery Address

We will ship to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate, including pin code and a working phone number. Vaidayu is not responsible for delays or failed delivery attempts resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

3. Shipping Charges

3.1 Domestic Shipping

Shipping charges will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout based on the total weight and volume of your order.

3.2 International Shipping

Currently, Vaidayu only offers shipping within India. We do not process international orders.

4. Damages and Delays

4.1 Damage in Transit

If you receive a product that is damaged or has leaked in transit, please refer to our Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy (Section 2.1) for immediate steps.

4.2 Delayed Delivery

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order number, and we will liaise with our logistics partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
