Vaidayu sells natural and handmade herbal soaps, shampoos, and household products. We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. Due to the handmade and natural nature of our products, minor variations in color, size, shape, and scent may occur. These variations do not affect the product’s quality or efficacy.

All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
2. Order, Payments, and Billing

Your placement of an order does not necessarily constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. A contract for the sale of products between you and Vaidayu will only exist once your order has been accepted and payment is confirmed.

- Payment Methods: We accept major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, and Net Banking options as supported by our payment gateway partner.
- Security: Vaidayu does not store your sensitive financial information. By using our payment options, you agree that your transaction data will be handled by the chosen payment gateway provider in accordance with their terms and conditions.
2.3 Billing Accuracy
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
3. Shipping and Delivery

- Risk of Loss: All products purchased from Vaidayu are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
- Delivery: We rely on third-party courier services for delivery. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delivery dates are not guaranteed and are estimates only.
4. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Our products are made with natural and herbal ingredients, inspired by Ayurveda. While our products are chemical-free (sulphate and paraben-free) and generally suitable for all skin types, individual results may vary. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before using any new product. Vaidayu is not liable for any skin or hair reactions, allergies, or issues arising from the use of our products.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Vaidayu, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts in Surat, Gujarat, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of these Terms.
